Everything was done as promised at a very fair price. Very friendly and professional service.

The communication and price point was absolutely outstanding. I had to spend a day trying to get the removal companies to fit my time frame and their prices were outlandish: some did not respond until the following day and some a couple of days later.

I would highly recommend the Blooms as a formidable team who are there to give an honest service to the customer and are able to deliver.

Amazing Gay helped us throughout the process using clear communication.

Also, the delivery persons were amazing and kind. Kudos.

Would like to say – if you are contemplating a move from SA to Vic – or vice versa – do not waste your precious time looking on other sites for a good, reliable removalist. Australis Removals are it.

From the moment I contacted Gay in the office with my needs, she was friendly, professional and informative. She even came out to my home (at my invitation) and assessed everything that was going to be moved so she could give me an accurate price, therefore eliminating any hidden costs involved. The quote was one of the best that I had received, coming in under our budget!

Unfortunately our moving day (week!) was stressful due to the Covid-19 “circuit breaker” lockdown in SA, but Australis came through for us. Gay was in constant contact with us during that week and assured us everything was still going ahead on the planned day.

Steve and Boots arrived to load the truck (at the time that was quoted) and we were so impressed with their professional and friendly attitudes. We knew our furniture was in great hands and would arrive in good order. As we were stuck on the SA/Vic border waiting for permits, Steve was in constant contact with us throughout and liaising with my *dusty* brother who was meeting them on arrival. After locating a key (thanks Steve!) everything was unloaded with the major appliances and furniture in designated rooms and the rest left as per our instructions.

We can not fault Australis Removals. I would suggest to anyone moving interstate to work with them (ie, if possible, having Australis assess what is going to be moved for accuracy in quoting price and load size, working out what can be done from your end to facilitate an easier move, etc). Saves a hell of a lot of stress on the day!

We are extremely grateful to Gay and Team for the ‘above and beyond’ service we received in making this move as smooth as possible, given the circumstances. Randall and I wish you and your families all the best for 2021.

From the moment I contacted Gay in the office I was highly impressed. I was always kept up to date prior to the move and during. Steve and Boots arrived on time and were super quick and careful packing my items into the truck.

I purchased a couch on EBay and it needed to be picked up in Melbourne and delivery to Adelaide. I rang Australis Removals for help. Gay was more than happy to organise the process and did everything perfectly. Steve delivered my couch safely and on time. Hello, I just wanted to say a big thank you for handling this shipment, which arrived this afternoon. I had contacted so many places prior, but most did not even reply. Those who did, had difficulties communicating what they actually offered or clearly didnt want the job, throwing a hefty figure of $3k to $4k at me. You were the only one that not only replied, but also did so promptly and communicated well, allowing an arrangement to be formulated that worked for everyone – and at a very reasonable rate! Without those positive qualities it would have been impossible to arrange this shipment. I strongly believe in letting people know when they have done a good job and have stood out from the crowd, and in this case you certainly did that…and it’s appreciated! Thanks once again!

My experience was that I dealt with pleasant, polite people who executed their job of moving my possessions in a very professional way. It all went very smoothly without any damage.
